Alexander Ibardolaza

Alexander Ibardolaza was born in the province of Nueva Ecija but raised in a small market of Malabon City. His enthusiasm for art started since childhood. He is a self-taught artist. He worked in various animation studios here and abroad as an animator for more than 12 years. His mastery in animation, exposure in market sceneries, and familiarization in rural area influenced his viewpoint and perspective that helps him create wonderful pieces such as vendors, fishermen, and harvest. Alex is more inspired to paint artworks that show abundance and toil like those of the harvest and vendor series because once in his life, he used to be one. He paints from his heart. He's a member of different art groups and has been joining exhibits, auctions, and competitions. At present, he specializes in acrylic but is willing to try all media for the betterment of his craft.
