Born in Cumana, Venezuela in 1984, Lahiri began his journey as a designer and sculptor alongside his art master Marcelo Bottaro between South America and Europe. In 1998, he worked with the atelier artist Alexis Mujica (National Prize of sculpture of Venezuela), where he learned different techniques of sculptural development.
He moved to Rome in 2000, where he attended the Art School ""Caravillani" (2002/03). In conjunction with his studies, he collaborated with galleries, workshops and cultural associations such as Gallery Croma and Cultural Association SUAMOX.
Between 2004 and 2005, he attended a course in Graphic Design at the State Institute of Graphic Arts ""3rd ISA"" in Rome and collaborated with the architect Jorge Castillo Blanco (National Prize of Architecture of Venezuela) for the realization Monument to the oath of Simon Bolivar in Montesacro (RM) as a production assistant. In 2006, he started to specialize in developing decoration techniques like Airbrush and Trompe l'oeil applied to interior with master Ivica Peric.
In 2009, he worked as a graphic designer with Ass.Culturale fine arts Alma Free and was the production assistant to Master Marcelo Bottaro where he gained more experience as a painter. Inspired by contemporary masters, he realized his artistic research by investigating the influence of media which reaffirmed that "pictorial and illustrative" (which is a combination of anatomy, geometry and architecture) manage to create a communicative language of rich artistic expression.
