This is a dish called “Sup Tulang” originated from Singapore where bones with tendons and meat from sheeps or goats are made into stew that is coloured red. We usually deep slices of baguette into the sauce. Serve the dish on the “Upeh” sheets made from the stalk of palm trees. It is rare to find dishes served on “Upeh” in current times.
